IssueFunction is not working

I added ScriptRunner for a free trial. 

 

I was hoping to use the issueFunction JQL method. However, it keeps showing an error: "Field 'issueFunction' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it."

Does anyone know how I can solve this issue?

I would really like to use issueFunction.

oh sorry, I didn't read your first sentence...can you disable and enable script runner plugin? Then, reindex could help...

SR should install and configure the field automatically.  If it has not, it might be worth having a word with Adaptavist Support (Yes, I work there, no I don't do SR support)
