Issues and Filters : Enable Users to see but not modify it

Hi everyone, 

I'm facing a problem while I'm setuping my Jira, I wanted to know if it was possible to allow users to see the issues and filters tab but not be able to make changes to it.

Hi @Come,

yes can configure that. In the permission scheme you can grant permissions to user, groups or project roles. 

So you can grant them the Browse Project Permission to let them see the issues, but do not grant them the Edit Issue Permission, so they can not edit it. Probably you will also not grant the Transition Issue Permission, so that the users are not able to change the status of issues.
