Issues do not keep the sprint and come back to the backlog after reloading

When I move an issue to the active sprint, confirm the action and reload the page, the issues comes back to the backlog.

Hi @Evgeny Erofeev ,

 

Please let us know which option you used out of below and also let us know if you did any other action other than below.

 

* Did you edit the sprint field to enter the currently active sprint.

* Did you drag and drop the issue from the backlog list up to the active sprint.

* Did you do any bulk edit of issues in the backlog list.

 

If possible, please share the screenshot/s from your Jira instance through which we can get to know more details.

Hello,

Are you sure that the issue can be edited? Can you go to the issue view and enter the sprint manually?
