Hello,
I'm trying to import a Trello board into Jira. I tested a simple trello board with 3 lists and a 2 cards.
I get different errors each time I import the same board. Sometimes it imports 1 of the 2 cards and other times none of the cards are import.
The error mentions custom field. What is a custom field in Trello?
Imported Board - Only 1 card was migrated. Except error message says that its failed on both.
Trello Board with 2 cards.
Are you trying to import the data to a NextGen or a Classic project?
Are you using the External System Import available to JIRA Admins, or the Import feature available from the Advanced Search screen? Or are you using some other import tool?
Are you trying to import the data to a Classic project or a Next Gen project in JIRA?
Can you the file you are using as input for the import?
Can you share the field mapping that you are doing for this import?

Hi Trudy,
I don't get an option to select the type of Project. From my tests it creates a next-gen project
I'm not sure what u mean by the last 2 questions.
This is the process I am following
System > External System Import > Trello
I then have the option to choose the boards I want to migrate and to give the destination project name. Thats it. After I click next I get a message that confirms if its successful or not.

I see. I did not realize you were using a Trello-specific import process. I thought you were using the generic process to import data from a file. I have not used the Trello-specific import process, and so I am probably not the right person to help you, unfortunately.
