Hi,
I have added a post function to my workflow when my issues goes from 'Approved' to 'Deployed', the post function set the issues to resolution 'Done' and thats seems to work fine, but the issues do not get strikethrough.
How do I get the issues to be strikethrough?
I have just added an image of my postfunction configuration.
Do any resolved issues exhibit strike through? Is it just those that go thru post function? Check different projects. What addons if any do you have?
We have just migrated from Trello and a few of our imported issues is strikethrough. There resolution is set to 'done'. I cant find the differences between the ones that aren’t and the ones that is.
We have very few addons. Only Harvest, Zendesk, Agile Reports, Sumup and Checklist - so I dont think they have anything to do with it.

Open the issue and in the details page the resolution field should have a value. If it doesn't the post function isn't setting the resolution field.

The resolution field is set to done.
I have attached an image where you can see that the resolution is done and i have written the issue name in a comment to test the strikethrough, but it don’t show.

I see you have checklist App installed . Perhaps that messing something up. Usually the strikethrough works when the Resolution field is set.

Okay, but I guess I can’t test it without deleting the app (and by that, all our checklists) - so that wont be a possibility :(
But thanks for your answer.

Which checklist App are you using ? We can debug the issue on a trial instance.

It's the one called 'Issue Checklist Free'. Okay, that would be great - thanks.

Thanks for testing it.
It's probably some kind of configuration I've done wrong, but I don’t know where else to look.

I have read that one, but it didn’t help me. I can't say I understand all of it, I'm still new in the administrator role.
