Issues not migrated from Jira Server to Cloud

Hi,

I am trying to migrate a project (business type) from Jira Software Server v8.2.5 to Jira Software Cloud free plan.

The project is migrated, with Field configuration, permission scheme... but not issues.

There is less than 10 users (administrator included), I paid attention to choose to migrate only the users of this project. And the users are activated in the Atlassian Access plan.

The attachments data size is lower than the 2GB limit.

Could you help me with this please?
