It seems that my burndown chart only reflects scope changes where issues are either removed/added from sprint or the story point estimate was changed. There's about 11 issues that were marked 'Done' and in the right most column but that doesn't update on the burndown chart. What could I do to fix this?
Thanks in advance!
Hi @Jenny Luther,
I might be wrong, but as far as I know, the Jira reports consider an item as done if it is in the last board column and it has the Resolution field set (not empty). So check also the Resolution field of those items.
Also, the burndown chart counts Stories and Tasks, but not sub-tasks. So make sure you items in question are not sub-tasks.
Danut.
Hey you're right!! Thanks for the suggestion it was the Resolution Field

Do those 11 issues have the story points? Usually, when the stories with points are moved to the right most column, they will affect the burndown chart.
Thanks

They do have story points. At the moment I have the Burndown chart showing Story Points and was thinking if the issues are marked Done the story points associated with Done status would decrease in story points.
Similarly, if I set it to Issue Count (instead of Story Points) I don't see the Done issues decrease on the chart either.

1.Could u please show the status config for the right most column? as well as the story workflow.
2.When you move the stories to Done, they still appear in the last colunn, right?
3.Are you using company-manage project's scrum board?
Maybe you could show some screenshots you suspect.

1) The first Map Status Done is the one I'm referring to. The other 3 are from another project. Let me know if that interferes with the chart.
2. Yes they do appear there. Follow up question..is it just stories? Does the Burndown consider Tasks as well?
3. Yes its a CMP scrum board.

On the Right most Burndown Chart image shows the scope changes. Above the First Scope Change is the entire list of what was put into the April sprint which has all the now done issues.
Thank you for your time on this!!
