Hi, we have started to use this tool Git Integration https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4984/git-integration-for-jira-github-gitlab-and-more?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
and we are having the following issues:
1. Synchronization between Jira and AzureDevOps takes to long - sometimes we see the newly created pull request in Jira in 2 minutes, but usually it takes 10-20 minutes, once it was almost 50 minutes. How can I influence how often the data are synchronized?
2. When developer creates pull request from Jira via button Create pull request - it creates new pull request in AzureDevOps, but the creator is me (I assume it takes the person who set up the integration). We need to see the real creator of the pull request in AzureDevOps. So the question is, how to do it?

Hi @Jana Mandulová! I'm from Unito - we offer an integration for Jira + Azure DevOps that can quickly sync issues to work items in real-time. Here's a demo I made on the use case. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_f3x7dbaBU
You can also read about it here: https://unito.io/integrations/azure-devops-jira
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Thanks
