Hi @智彬 周 ,

This is a server-side issue from Atlassian's end, not a problem with your browser or input. The Anonymous ID is used by Atlassian engineers to trace the error in their logs.

Try again after clearing browser cache or using incognito mode

Sometimes temporary cookies or sessions cause issues.

Try with a different browser (Chrome/Firefox/Edge).

Make sure all required fields (site name, email, etc.) are filled correctly

Avoid special characters in the site name.

If it still fails, contact Atlassian support directly

Include the full error and Anonymous ID in your message.

Use this link to raise a request:

https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

If you're logged into your Atlassian account, you can also check the status of Atlassian Cloud services here:

https://status.atlassian.com/

Once you raise a support ticket with the Anonymous ID, Atlassian can trace the backend logs and fix the issue or guide you better.

Hi @智彬 周 ,

Thanks for the update!

Since the issue still persists across multiple browsers, and a new Anonymous ID (d3f98e04-1744-4174-988d-e010c2ddbc9d) is showing, this confirms it's a server-side issue from Atlassian's backend, not something local.

 Please do the following:

Raise a support request directly to Atlassian here:

 https://support.atlassian.com/contact

  •  → Select the issue type: Technical issues and bugs
  •  → Mention that you're facing issues during site creation
  •  → Paste this error and Anonymous ID in the form.

Include both Anonymous IDs in the message

  • e465fafa-cce7-4976-36ad-d70371851f1e
  • d3f98e04-1744-4174-988d-e010c2ddbc9d

Atlassian support uses these IDs to trace exact failures in backend logs and help fix your issue faster.

Monitor status here:

→ Sometimes global issues with site creation or region-based outages are posted here.

Let me know once you raise the ticket. I can help track the progress or suggest next steps based on their response.

Thanks,

Hari Krishna
