It is possible to mutualize the contracts of two Jira sites within the same org?

Currently, we have created two Jira sites within the same organization but not at the same time. Regarding the creation of these two sites we have two different Jira contracts. 

We have two site in the same org :

Site A -> contract A 

Site B -> contract B 

To facilitate the management of payments and subscriptions, I would like to know if it's possible to mutualize the two Jira contracts (contract A & contract B) into one?

You would need to reach out to Atlassian Support Billing to see if they can accommodate.

We have an open case but they don't really understand, that's why I ask the community!

So you simply wish to combine billing? Can you not simply use a single Credit card?

It's more complicated because it's for a company and we can't pass directly by Atlassian for the billing but by a middle supplier

Of course! He is in contact with the support but they don't really understand.
