oi... precisava de uma ajuda, por favor...

encerrei uma sprint e os itens concluídos voltaram para o backlog, mas com o status concluído.

Isso nunca tinha acontecido, como faço para alterar?

Hi @Vivian Junqueira ,

JIRA Software does not display issues from the last column of the Scrum board configuration in the backlog section. If your closed issues are not mapped to the last column of the board, then they would be displayed in the backlog.

You need to ensure all done items are in the right most column of the board at the time of sprint completion

I have the same problem as @Vivian Junqueira . Even though cards are marked as concluded and placed in the last kanban column, they keep coming back to the next sprint in the backlog.

Are the issues Stories/tasks include subtasks that are incomplete possibly?
