Hi There:
After using Advanced Roadmap for over 2 years, for the first time I'm getting a Spinner, when I click on the Configure, then Issue Sources.
Just in case it .. helps .. I had previously received the message that I had exceeded the maximum number of issues in a Roadmap, I then deleted a lot out of the roadmap and set the defaults to delete anything more than 100 days old.
Any thoughts on why Advanced Roadmap is locking up .. a continuous Spinner ... and what I might do to get beyond this ... as right now the tool is no longer useable for me right now
Hi @Mike Lemmon ,
Have a look at Advanced Roadmaps permissions to check if you still have the necessary permissions. If you are not able to check these settings, ask a Jira Administrator.
Hey Dave:
Thanks for the prompt response, much appreciated...
When I check the permissions it shows: All Advanced Roadmap Users have ..edit authority

These are the plan permissions, I'm talking about global permissions:

Hey Dave ..et all .. resolved my issue.
It ends up it was caused by a new release being installed .. any Roadmaps created before the new version cannot update the Issue Sources.
If we went back to the old version it worked ok.
As a result I'm in the middle of creating a new Plan..
Thanks, have a great day.
