JIRA Automation trying to set value for Cascading

In JIRA Automation, I am trying to set a value for Cascading using the following JSON code, but it is not working.  I believe it because the child value has a "/".

"customfield_14200" : { "value": "KTLO", "child": { "value" : "N/A"}

Appreciate an insight if the secondary value with special character can be set within automation.

Hi @Brian Taylor ,

When trying to set the value, what error do you get?

And how are you trying to set the value? Is it using Smart values, JSON or the Edit field option.

There is the automation that I have created.  I am using the Jason w/ Edit Field.
