Since the new JIRA user view was rolled out to Cloud users, I have found that on my View/Edit screen, Under Activity the Comments are not the default.
This is super annoying. Does anyone know how to set the view so that Comments are the default on my View/Edit screen?
I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
Hello Deborah,
To my knowledge there is currently no solution about this issue for the Cloud (please notify me if there is), I invite you to raise an issue to the Atlassian support as this problem is really annoying : https://support.atlassian.com/
Best of luck,
Guilhem

@Liam Green - First of all, thanks for responding and secondly, I apologize for the delay in responding.
There are a number of things that I have noticed, but this is the issue I was hoping that someone could help me with.
1. The default activity tab used to be Comments. I have found that after the new issue view was introduced, and even though I chose to use the old view, Comments are not the default. (Caveat: I may have only noticed this at the time the new view was introduced and may not even be related to the new view - Either way...) I have not found a way to set the default/view screen to show Comments under Activity.
Question: Is there a way to set the default tab for Activity which is part of the main view issue screen?
