Hey all!
Looking to see if anyone has experienced a prod data transfer to sandbox becoming stuck at 99%. This has been running for a few hours when the UI indicated it should only take 45 minutes. I am using the option to include media files. Refreshing the page view just shows the same state.
If it doesn't resolve, how can I kill the transfer?

Hi Evan,
I haven't come across issue with sandbox not being able to create. However, if you need to get a sandbox clean up or looked int, I usually raise an Atlassian Support ticket to have it investigated. Especially, since only Atlassian will have the controls to kill transfers or process.

I'm having the same issue - have raised a ticket with Support.
