Folks,

I hope someone can help me out here! My team uses JIRA Dashboard as a place to quickly view certain project metrics. Our dashboard includes the Two Dimensional filter gadget which displays issue type/assignees. Here's what's going wrong - This is a multi project dashboard so there's a long list of assignees. So when I click on a specific assignee's issue, I am taken to the next screen which should ideally have the issue in question displayed. (And it does, but in an almost invisible line at the absolute bottom of the screen (well, I only have a laptop screen, so maybe it's different if you have big monitors? )and the rest of the screen is eaten up by a huge box that contains the search criteria (Names of all included projects, plus emails of all assignees on the list). And since there are a ton of assignees, this is almost the entire screen space. This is awful and defeats the entire purpose of using this gadget. There's no way to pull the bar above the issue (from the bottom of the screen) up or shorten the search box. This is driving me crazy, is there any solution for this? I'll be very grateful, Thanks in advance!

Hi @Sandee Nindrai , welcome to the community.

First it would be great to get a screenshot just to visually see what you are observing. I really think you might want to raise this to Atlassian support it might be something they need to be aware of if they are not already. But, again it would help to see firsthand.

Hi @Jack Brickey , thank you so much for your response! You're absolutely right, a screenshot would be so great here- I so wish I could add one because that would make it so easy to make sense of what I'm trying to say ! But since there's emails (and not the personal kind) of my team members and other info about our projects on there, I cannot do that (it wont make sense to black them all out because the screenshot would then be basically one big blackboard). I could however use my personal JIRA account and try to simulate this scenario - but to do that I will need to create tons of users and recreate the dashboard which will use up a fair bit of my time. I can try to do that maybe next week. But for now I think you're right that I should probably contact Atlassian Support (I've heard that they're fantastic and are eager to help) and bring this to their attention as I'm fairly certain that it's beyond my ability to change how data is displayed! Tahnk you again :)
