JIRA Footer overlaps the gadget menus in dashboard.

Hi,

We have two JIRA instances: 7.9 and 7.11.2 and on both of them we found an issue caused by the page footer which overlaps the gadget's context menu options as shown on this screenshot:

Is there a bug created for this ? We think it would be good to display such context menus above the footer.

Do you see this problem also on a different browser? Which one are you using?

We use Chrome in the company.
