Dear Jira experts, I have configured in TEAMS the integration with JIRA server via Webhook, all seems correct (In JIRA it is enabled correctly) but I do not receive any notification. All kind of notifications are set up to be sent but nothing happens in MS teams. Any clue?
Looking at all discussions they talk more about JIRA cloud and could not find any answer
Thanks
Alvaro

Actually, I was able to set notifications from Jira data center to MS Teams channel via
Jira Cloud connector.

I have set this up in Jira server before. Have you configured the Jira Server connector for the channel within the team you are trying to integrate?

Is jira configured to send a notification to teams on whichever event you're trying to set it up on (issue commented, closed, created, etc.)? This can be set up either in the workflow for the project or in jira global settings.
