JIRA Service Desk not having Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate

I'm trying to create a Service Desk screen . but I couldn't find Original Estimate and Remaining Estimate fields .

why is that ?

Enable the Time Tracking field. 
And then add that field to relevant screens. You should be able to view original/remaining estimates.
