[JIRA] Tempo Accounts has disappeared

Hi, guys.

 

We used to create Accounts (Operational and Billable) in Tempo for our clientes and link to the projects.

 

However, recently the option to create new Accounts, new Categoires and Add new Clients has disappeared from Jira.

 

The way that we used to perform is:

 

Jira > Tempo > Account

 

In the top, right side, were the options ACCOUNTS, CATEGORIES, CLIENT.

 

Could anyone help me, please?

Hi @Renato Machado,

please check that your user is in "Tempo Account Administrators permission"

Admin->System->Global Permissions

Renato -

Did you just upgrade to Tempo 9? If so the navigation has changed. You'll have to go to Tempo -> Accounts then click on the Cog/gear for settings (in their new left nav) then you'll find the Accounts section to manage the accounts, categories.

It was updated.

 

The problem was about the global permissions.
