JIRA Timeout

Hi All,

Some of our requests in JIRA are taking more than 60 seconds, and then results on a timeout.
we have an alb and a waf in front of our applications.
Is there a way to configure the timeout in our application to more than 60 seconds?

Welcome to the Community!

Certainly you can increase the timeout at Jira's end. But before that you should analyze which requests are taking more time like a JQL query, database query etc or the network itself is slow.
As increasing timeout can affect the performance of your application.
