JIRA Timing

Hi Guys,

We want to make my JIRA Instance timing dynamically according to the region of access how to make it is there is any way to make the jira instance timing as per the region of accessing the instance, because people of different time zone is accessing the platform and there is a conflect between the timing.

I don't know what you mean by a 'conflict between timing'? In the user profile they can set a  time zone for them. There is no dynamic option. You don't want different time stamps in the database or history file because then you wouldn't be able to tell what happened when without knowing the local time of the user.
