JIRA XML import from 6.4.7 to 7.7

Is it possible to do an XML import to JIRA 7.7 from the backup taken from JIRA 6.4.7?.

Is there any Cons doing it?.

Dear @Ash,

nop. Atlassian strongly recommends in their update notes to update first to latest 6.4.x, then to latest 7.0.x and then to 7.7.0.
