I can't make, that any non-authorized Internet user can to see issues of my projects.

Hm. my previous answer disapper. 

On 4.2 go to project settings folder and there you should find permission item.

Status: Need more details


«Project» → «Project Settings»:cNRSmcx

What is next? I try each item («Details», «People», «Issue types», «Features») → I don't find «Permissions» or «Actions» as I say in 4.2 item.

It seems that you do not have adminster project permission.
