JIRA cloud is very slow and doesn't refresh the updated issues

Brunda October 7, 2020

Whenever any issue is updated and saved, after few days I don't see any updates in that Issue. Is this usual for any one here? Is this any network issue?

How can i fix it

@Brunda - strange! Can you elaborate? For example:

  1. I edit the Summary of issue ABC-100 from "Hat" to "Car".
  2. A few days later, when I go to ABC-100, its Description has reverted to its old value, "Hat".

If you go to the issue's history, do you see a record of the change you made?

Unfortunately yes. I updated issues last week. when I created report on Tuesday,  I don't see updates in the report and as well as in Jira. It is taking lot of time for refreshing the page too. I don't see anyone doing any changes as I get notification emails if updated.

Thank you very much for your reply.

@Brunda - let's look closer at an affected issue. What do you see under its History? (View an issue. Scroll down to Activity. Click History.)

Can you share any more info about your situation?

I'm focusing on the information "loss/change", by the way, not performance.

Regarding performance, I'm looking through this thread, which points to lots of reasons (some user fixable) on why Cloud performance might be sub-optimal.
