Hi,
I have created a Dashboard for my team and would like to understand how often the dashboard is being used in the team.
I have admin rights and tried to use the popularity column, but understood that it is the count/number of users who have selected that shared dashboard as a 'favorite'
can somebody help how to view the dashboard usage history or metrics in JIRA.
Jira does not track user activity like that, so there's no way to do it in Jira.
You could look at some form of external usage analytics (Google analytics - possibly overkill, or at a very base level, implement access logging on the server side)
It would be great to have such a feature like there is for the Confluence pages.

I would like this feature to understand which dashboards are not delivering value and can be removed as well as knowing which are the most used ones when need to prioritize changes and break fixes.
