Can we have like goole form same as in JIRA and whether we can export / track the data?

Hi @Sampath welcome to the Atlassian community.

While it is a good idea, I'm still wondering when you have Google and Microsoft Forms, why looking for Jira inbuilt?

Having said, in Jira Software, their is no such option. You might have to look at this Atlassian market place plugin as an alternate.

We need to use more formulas and if JIRA is ready available to share to end users easily with automate response to save the time and we can collect the data easily

Thanks for your response , We would like to import the customer responses directly from JIRA .

We have various fields in JIRA Forms , Currently we can import it as CSV files but We need to automate this imports going forward is there any ways to automatically import data when new ticket raised , it should be like triggers functions
