JIRA is not triggering workflow transitions

Deepali Agarwal June 6, 2018

I have JIRA clould and I have integrated it with github. I have created triggers and the trigger details show its working fine.

For example - Below is the trigger to move an issue from To Do -> In Progress.

I created a issue in JIRA, committed in github with the JIRA ID. In my jira issue I can see the commits but the issue is not transitioned to "IN PROGRESS" state.

Here:

PS - I have saved my workflow, my project has the right workflow and have waited for more than an hour to make sure authentication and syncing happens.

There will be a delay unless you add a webhook.  Make the changes outlined in this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/slow-appearing-commits-from-bitbucket-or-github-in-jira-779160823.html
