JIRA is taking time in fetching the data.

We are using JIRA 6.1.

I am facing issues in fetching the data from JIRA ex. Burndown chart not loading and while downloading the report, it is showing technical error.

UI is working fine and boards are also loading properly. Mai problem I am facing is with Burndown chart and timesheet reports.

Is there any link with memory graph?

Because in memory graph, it is showing used memory, free memory, and uncommitted memory. 

As per my understanding, previously, there was no uncommitted memory portion.

I don't have the logs right now. 

Its only about speed. My internet speed is 25 MBps. 

What can I do to improve the speed? Speed is very slow since last 2 days.

Can it be the server issue? Please help in this. This is a critical issue for me now.

Its hard to tell without any logs. I would have quoted my SEN number and contacted Atlassian support.
