JIRA migration to one JIRA Instance to another JIRA instance

Hi Team,

I have maintained JIRA for 100+ projects, I need entire backup for this  JIRA with attachment and DB also. I have import all data's from old JIRA to Another JIRA instance. how can i do this Job, any one help this.
