Once I create a ticket or I change its status, I notice that it is closed off as it is shown in the screenshot .
I checked the transitions and the post-functions but I didn't find anything strange !
Could you please give me your point of view?
Thank you in advance
The strike-out in that display means you have set a resolution on the issue.
This happens when you have put the resolution on a create or edit screen. You need to remove it from the create or edit screen.
Thank you for your answer.
The resolution field is mandatory in my ticket. And its default value is DONE.
I guess, the solution is to write two rules :
1 - If it is created, i'll fill the field by the value "Unresolved"
2 - And once , it is validated, I'll fill it by the value "Done"
What do you think?

Hi @Meryam_assali ,
Check the workflow for that issue type and compare the status that the issue is opened in or changed to with the workflow and with any boards you have. I'm guessing that you have a board that has the status of the issue in the last column so Jira thinks that issue is "Done."

Hello Scott,
Thank you for your answer.
The problem still persist. I created 2 tickets from the same workflow, and one is well displayed but the other one no.
Do you have any idea? Is there maybe something linked to this field configuration?
