JIRA workflows not showing up on admin page

Hi JIRA Community,

Can you please help me troubleshoot RevPro JIRA workflows not showing up as shown below in fig(1) & also Statuses page is crashing as shown in below fig (2)? 

As of now, the workflows are transitioning between statuses as expected, they're not showing up on the admin screen to modify them if necessary.  However, when I navigate to workflow schemes or JIRA project and look at workflows, try to edit & publish them I'm able to do it.

Please assist.

Hi Anvesh,

I believe that the error you are seeing is being caused by your Jira database having a duplicate draft workflow here.   Please see the KB The JIRA application statuses page throws a 500 Error

It explains a number of steps you can take to help identify the problematic records and then how to remove them.   I would recommend that you create a backup of your Jira database before you run any delete/update/insert commands in SQL, and then shutdown Jira before making SQL changes manually.
