JQL Filter to check the user capacity in the past sprints

Is there any JQL query provision to get user/team capacity in the past sprints?

What do you mean by getting team capacity? How are you identifying the capacity of a team for a sprint?

Apologies, let me rephrase the question, using JQL, can we get the team velocity in a sprint?

No, there are no native JQL functions to extract the Velocity information.

You might be able to achieve that with a third party app. I have seen the topic discussed in other posts but I don't recall if any specific app solution.
