JQL Queries for Swimlane

Hi, 

I want to display issues with a specific component or epos link, but unfortunately the swimlane on the board is empty unless I fill in both fields (component & EPIC link).

I tried this queries 

component=X OR Epic-Link=X1

(component=x) OR (Epic-Link=X1)

You can try this.

component = X OR "Epic Link" = <EPIC Issue KEy>
