I need to capture a list of issues that have been updated by a service desk agent, but who is not an assignee, reporter, request participant. Their name isn't in any issue field. You only see their name if you look at the ticket history. What is the best way to query ticket history?
If you want to query based on a user having updated the issue you can do that with updatedBy.
