JQL - Work Log

Hi!  

I'm thinking this is a longshot....Is there a way to interact or query with some of the data points in the Work Log portion of Jira Issues?

Specifically, I want to be able to query on:

• who logged work to a ticket,
• how much time was logged,
• and when they logged the work.  (See screenshot below)

I use the Time Reports for Jira Cloud

there are other options in Marketplace
