What app are you using form Test Management, is this app making use of work types/issue types in Jira?

Or does it works in its on menu, then probably it has no JQL features.

I am using Zephyr plugin in Jira

Hi @Girish Jagannath 

Then you can only search or report in the Zephyr app menu in Jira, you won't be able to use the default basic or advanced JQ:L option as Zephyr has no JQL options available
