Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone is doing good.
I would appreciate it if anyone could please help me the below JQL query.
I would write a JQL query to find out which team members aren't working or any user stories, tasks or sub-tasks in the current sprint.
Lastly, once I have this query in place any suggestion which gadget should I be using to populate this data?
Thank you in advance.
You can't actually write a JQL query like that.
JQL is intended to return a list of issues based on criteria. It does not support returning lists of other entities (user, projects, etc.)
There is no way to construct criteria for an issue such that you get a list of users who are not assigned to anything.
There is a work around suggested in this post:
Any solutions for this? I am looking for the similar report for my team.

Hello @Sabyasachi Samal
Did you review the work around in the post link I provided? Is that not meeting your need?
Or are you looking for a third party app?

@Trudy Claspill The work around having one sample issue assigned to each member is working fine. But I am looking for if any free 3rd party widgets available to achieve the same without workaround.
