Hi,

Does anyone know how to write a JQL query to get all subtasks and linked issues to a Stories in a sprint?

Unfortunately you will need a plugin to do that. I believe scriptrunner can do this.

Or you can use JQL Extensions, Standard JQL doesn't easily allow it, but you can find the results quickly using the professional indexing service https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214791/jql-search-extensions-for-jira-reports?hosting=cloud&tab=overview&utm_source=atlassiancommunity&utm_medium=listinglink&utm_campaign=daniel
