Jira 6.1 : Missing workflow transition buttons!

Just upgraded to Jira 6.1 from 5.2

I can't find any transition buttons.

Any help appreciated

This will also happen when you have a plugin providing a condition in your workflow. When upgrading, if the plugin is not compatible or the condition throws an exception, none of the transitions will be shown.

Can you give an example of a plugin that would provide a condition in a workflow? Thanks.

I am having the same issue.  Some buttons are appearing, but not all of them.  Is there a log that I can look through to determine whether this is actually happening?
