Jira Administrator not having rights to copy Permission scheme.

in Jira software we are using Kanban with administrator access but we are not able to copy issue -- permission scheme option not available kindly guide on the same.

Can you provide a screen image for what your Jira Administrator sees?

Is the "Copy" link greyed out? Is that the case for all your permission schemes?

Are you able to click the Add permission scheme to create a new one?

when Jira admin has issue whom we need to contact for access. we have paid access, but we do not know whom to contact when we have such issues.
