Jira - Bulk import dependencies

So in the jira plan view there is a field that shows dependencies.

Is there a way to bulk import dependencies when importing issues or is there only a manual effort?

So which bulk importer column is associated with jira (Plan) dependencies column?

doesn't look like there is one.

im also very interested in the ability to pre-determine dependencies (both "Blocks" and "Is blocked by") via CSV.

Goal being to auto-create timelines in Advanced Roadmaps when tickets are imported into an Epic.
