We are using Jira Cloud Service Desk and have setup Organizations and been adding Users to them. Since this morning while adding Users to Organizations, I am seeing an error "Cannot add user, all the user directories are read-only." Is this due to the maintenance going on or something wrong in the DB?
Exactly the same issue and situation overhere. yesterday it was fine and since today we get that alert "Cannot add user, all the user directories are read-only".
