Jira Cloud Data in EI

Does the Enterprise Insights also has Jira cloud data or just Jira align data ?

What are the other ways to pull the Jira cloud data ?

The Data Lake has both Jira Cloud and Jira Align data in it, and will be expanding out to Confluence and other Atlassian tools.

The only other ways to "pull" data from Jira are:

• Use it - logging in and looking around is a "pull"
• Use the REST API to ask questions.

There are a number of apps in the marketplace that make it look a bit more database-y by using the REST API and re-presenting the information in a different way.  If you've got a lot of reporting to do off the data, I strongly recommend a look at those apps, they give you data in a shape that's a lot more reporting-friendly than plain REST calls (and in an infinitely better shape than the Jira database - that's just a nightmare)

Thank you Nic for the reply.We have access to Enterprise Insights but we could not find some of Jira cloud specific columns like "Scrum Team" which avaiable in Jira cloud at the Epic level and Stroy

The data lake is a long way off "complete", last time I looked, it was only handling a few custom fields like that.
