Jira Cloud: Error 15MCZI8

Hi - has anyone experienced this problem w/Jira Cloud?   We see this periodically.  Today, just trying to navigate from Backlog to Active Sprint.

Error Dialog comes up w/"Something's Gone Wrong.  Our team has been notified..." and this error code 15MCZI8.

Or, does anyone know where to find errors documented?   I did some searching but didn't find anything.

This is not really an error code.  It's actually a marker that gets stamped into logs and goes into monitoring and problem reports when something goes wrong.  It's probably happening across several Cloud systems, not just yours.  The code doesn't mean anything in itself, it's not pointing to any specific error, just marking things that are related.

The report will have gone to Atlassian automatically, but it's useful for them to know who is running into it and it may be useful for them to ask you more questions about what you were doing.

You should raise this with Atlassian directly on a support request over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact - you'll get included in any updates they make about the problem then.

If you are on free or a starter subscription, you can't raise support requests.  You've said premium though, so you should be ok.  (For free or starter reporting these things, a leader here would get an Atlassian to take a look)
