Hello Friends,
On Jira cloud application side when I changed issue state to published, issue is closed. After I want to view that issue on web side the issue state is still open. What can be the problem?
The both side is Jira Cloud
Thanks in advance,
Hi Murat,
Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please give us more details about what "web side" means?
What type of project are you using? Is it Service Desk, Business, Software (next-gen/classic)?
Regards,
Angélica
Hi Angelica,
Instead of Web Browser( Normal Usage ), I have written Web Site. I got an error in my Business and Software Projects.
Thanks for your quick response. :)

It sounds like your web site is not re-reading Jira issue data when it needs to.
To fix "an error in your projects", you should start by telling us what the error is.

Hi Murat,
I'm not sure if I understood correctly, please correct if I'm wrong: Are you using two instances?
We would like more details about what is the Jira application side and web side.
As per I could understand is that you close an issue on Jira application side and it shows as closed correctly but on web side it does not reflect the change.
Would it be possible to send us a screenshot of these two sides?
Regards,
Angélica
