we try to user the Jira Cloud - over the Free cloud migration trial:

In order to request and activate your cloud trial licenses, follow the steps described in this support article. If you are still experiencing issues after you have done so, it is best for you to reach out to the Atlassian purchasing and licensing team  directly.

That is very well possible. I hope you get support soon! In the meantime, I would recommend you to remove the screenshot from your previous post or make the site / account names unreadable. This is a public forum, so not the best place to share credentials!
