Hi! i need to know how to create a Dashboard in a efficient manner from which i can Monitor all the project Performance on day to day basis

First, you need to be understand how to create good Jira Queries: https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-software/jql-the-most-flexible-way-to-search-jira-14

Secondly, you need to create a dashboard and add gadgets to it: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/create-and-edit-dashboards/
