You have to provide more information but these are what I would do at first.

- Check the logs or monitor the system to identify the errors or problems in the problematic node.

- Ensure that the other node is up to date with the latest data.

- Disable the problematic node that is not working properly.

- Update the cluster configuration to include the running node (modifying the Jira configuration files).

or you can seek assistance from the Atlassian support team for detailed guidance and specific troubleshooting steps tailored to your environment by providing the support zip file.

Hi Thanks for your Reply,

but , i am new to jira administration, i dont know how data center works

but my manager asked me to remove 1 node which is "NO HEART BEAT"

& to add new Node to it within cluster page , please help me to find
