Jira Dashboard are not working Over SSL

HI,

 

From this morning, Jira Dashboard are not working when accesing over SSL behind a proxy.

I can't see aany error nor exception in logs.

 

Config:

Hi,

can you try it in incognito mode or another browser? You mentioned no errors - did you mean no errors in browser, proxy or Jira? Dis you tried restart Jira if there are no problem with any add-on during start?

Thanks for your response.

 

It doesn't work in incognito mode or even in another computer with different Browsers. Also, I see no errors in browser, proxy and Jira logs. I can't see problems with add-on during start.

Can you try to access Jira (temporarily) directly over Java port (default 8080 for HTTP or 8443 for HTTPS)? Is it still same?

Or try to access it outside local network (for example by mobile internet connection).

- HTTP port works fine.

- HTTPS port doesn't let me log in.

- Experiencing the same issue with mobile internet connection.
